Many people buy to flip and make profit. Current market low, just hold from selling and wait for better market only sell. Buy low sell high.

QUOTE(FrogBlob @ Oct 7 2025, 11:18 AM) recently learned. cos both under DRB? :Xproton and hondas share same rv %. if you take 9 year loan, confirm cannot cover if you want to dump, have to top up. unless you p2. 9 year loan any point in time u can just dump, either top up sikit or no need top up at all. not even toyotas have this rv. |

QUOTE(JimbeamofNRT @ Oct 7 2025, 11:08 AM) ppl these days regardless of age, race and sex tends to stretch the loan to the max I put 19k deposit and stretch loan to 9 years with the intention of using at least 12 years. Heck, if after 12.years low RV just keep as kereta pergi pasar or buy durian.plus die die dont want to put any deposit I think if got 12,15 years loan also they will take My previous Alza, used for 13 years, sold for 19k. I use that money as deposit. This post has been edited by tupai: Oct 7 2025, 01:12 PM JimbeamofNRT liked this post

QUOTE(tifosi @ Oct 7 2025, 10:54 AM) That's the reason never take 90% and 7 or 9 years loan. 5 years 50% cukup, else means you cannot afford the car. Er idk about you but interest for car is cheap thoughWhy not 9 years loan Ive sold mine last time (toyota car) after 8 years, not only i can use the money to pay for the new car deposit, i got enough spare money to buy electrical equipment and kitchen cabinet too from the sale.. Unless u buy car with no RV then u lingkup la |

Unless u buy car with no RV then u lingkup la 2.65% of flat rate like in a car loan is 5% effective rate like a house loan. 6942nole liked this post
