That's the reason never take 90% and 7 or 9 years loan. 5 years 50% cukup, else means you cannot afford the car.

Likely both, those who take 9 yr loan and think they can sell and fully settle with residual amount really got problem with maths

Those take 9 years u usually don't want add extra commitment monthly.. For example there are company pay car allowance up to XXX amount as long as prove your loan repaymwnr.. So they stretch the loan to maximum and get the best car they want just to capitalise the full amount of car allowance.

Buy car and expect GOOD resale value = stab yourself in the heart and pretend it doesn't hurt.

Nothing to do with resale value, rather financial literacy. Most likely the owner bought the car with full loan / high loans and at max 9 years. So what outcome was he expecting?

recently learned.

proton and hondas share same rv %.

if you take 9 year loan, confirm cannot cover if you want to dump, have to top up.

unless you p2. 9 year loan any point in time u can just dump, either top up sikit or no need top up at all. not even toyotas have this rv.
