QUOTE(Schumacher @ Oct 9 2025, 06:45 PM) Based on the Home Minister’s answer today, it seems they plan to appeal all the way to CAS to challenge FIFA’s decision. They’re probably confident that the Spain officials won’t show up to testify. So when the CAS judges see two copies of the birth cert, the player will likely side with FAM. With the benefit of the doubt, the sanction might be lifted but Vietnam will surely be very upset. So find another loophole/technicality to exploit? Hebatlah. If you can kick a ball, macam2 boleh.

If Najib and Jho Low were still in power they’d probably have no trouble cutting a deal with Spain. @lurkingaround This post has been edited by Schumacher: Oct 9 2025, 07:02 PM

QUOTE(teehk_tee @ Oct 9 2025, 06:51 PM) I see. So the point in contention isn't whether these guys are citizens, but whether the documents used to prove their grandparents were Malaysians is sus or not QUOTE Footballers in FAM-FIFA issue met Constitutional citizenship criteria, says Home Minister These guys pusing2 dunno want to tipu who. The bigger question of the grandma birth cert not explained. Everyone wants to know how all 7 grandparents can have Malaysia birth certs and how all 7 lost their original birth certs and how there are records of all 7 birth certs in other countries. They really think we are stupid.

Again, you sound very much similar to 'Accord2018' defending the appeal by Lam Chang Nam against his conviction for attempted extortion of Ps.Koh's son, ie like how FAM is appealing their conviction by FIFA for forgery of birth certificates. .

No, it’s Lam Kok Fong, the dentist, who told me that Najib is a very good partner with Jho Low. So it’s not surprising that they could strike a deal with Spain to resolve this fiasco. Not sure if Najib will be released soon from house arrest and able to help with this fiasco. https://www.freemalaysiatoday.com/category/...10-billion-jetsQUOTE Trump thanks Najib as Malaysia looks to buy US$10 billion jets 8 years ago AFP Share The US president praises Najib for his 'strong' anti-terrorism stance and for not doing business with North Korea.

QUOTE(lurkingaround @ Oct 9 2025, 07:48 PM) . 'Schumacher' = 'Accord2018'(.?) = 'LamTin'(.?) = 'lam86'(.?) = Lam Chang Nam(.?). . QUOTE In Malaysia, a dentist needs a Dental Practitioner’s License or Dental Practising Certificate to legally practice.
If a dentist does something wrong or violates professional rules, the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) is the authority that can investigate and suspend or cancel their license. Serious misconduct could also involve legal action in court. This post has been edited by Schumacher: Oct 10 2025, 07:11 PM

QUOTE(trojandude @ Oct 9 2025, 06:00 PM) Irrelevant. The players were not issued citizenship because their grandparents were born in this country (allegedly). There is no such law in Malaysia. They were offered citizenship under the ministry’s own discretionary, not because grandparents born here allegedly. The grandparents cerita is needed to create forged birth certs to bypass FIFA rule. If these players had resided in this country for more than five years, there is no need for all that grandparents birth story. FIFA minimum years of residency is five years. Unfortunately these players haven’t reached five years hence they tried to bypass via FIFA heritage rule, which allows citizens to play for any country as long as they’re a citizen and their grandparents were born in that country. JPN that magic and creates fake birth certs for the grandparents which we now know is fake. I agree with you. Hence, if FAM furnished some yet to be disclosed documents to JPN so that the birth certificates are issued to the grandparents, then obviously they need to challenge the birth certificates obtained by FIFA as fakes. A person can only be born once. Doing anything else is entirely futile.
