I as an owner ady find good tenant. Pays on time, not much fuss. The rate still same more than 5 yrs now. While other rates around ady +_rm500. I still keep old price. Me rugi, i know. But Personally i dont want the hassle of finding a new one, rly i no time ady.

If place very new increase price ok, I choose old unit want to increase like newly built apartment, I sure will move to same price but newer building and security, this is wat i think
