Sad le, just now landlord visit, say want to increase rent, unker b40, salary no increase, dunno want increase how much, feel like either life getting harder or homeless soon. Why don't you check the current market prices around the same area? If you can't find anything within your existing rent levels, then you could either negotiate with your existing landlord for a new rental price based on your market research or you start searching elsewhere? dogbert_chew liked this post

U tell her, u remove me, u find new tenant also need One month. Rugi 1 month rent already kan. Then if u find agent, agent take one month commission also. Rugi 2 months Liao.
