Landlord say their location very easy find new people rent, feel like want chase unker out jor although I always pay rent on time never give them headache

dunno how much they want to increase, I really always pay on time, apa rosak also i cover myself diy repair or hire people if ppl kenot handle, they left ady but from the conversation, want increase RM700, last time rent room always hv to move cuz the one rent whole unit dun want rent anymore, now I rent whole unit got different stress

What to do? Now start looking around in case really ken chase out

Current rent RM1k, she says market price now is 1.7k, I think she no follow TA one I think, last time RM700 straight to RM900, then not long after to RM1k, now say our market price now is RM1.7k rent

Now looking for place to move out le, i dunno what bomb price she gonna drop later, pay rent on time also treat me like dirt, hope she gets hell tenant that doesn't pay rent or better couldnt rent her property out at all

The landlord always been mean to me, every time got things broken I settle myself cuz I know her pattern is will use it as excuse increase my rent, but she still drops the bomb anyway with this uninformed sudden visit just now. Few months ago, the contractor that i hired to fix the door hinge got say certain area only RM1k or less, I didnt bother cuz I lazy keep moving around like nomad, but seems like I really need to find a place to move out anyway. I can tell the tenant want to get full RM1.7k rental from me anyway, already hinting so obvious. Btw, the RM1.7k I found is condo with full furnished, mine is not condo and no furnish at all

1. always pay rent on 7th of the month
2. electric every month clear, water bill every 3 month clear too management, indah water every 6 months only pay cuz indah water always want me pay 1 year worth of bill, I stay til June only pay RM72, then wait until December end only pay remaining RM72

First year got sign agreement, after that I good record pay rental for many years then no more sign agreement le. I dun think my landlord is good tho

1. No drive or motor, main transport is lrt and mrt, emergency use grab
2. Only eat outside during workday lunch time, around RM50 + abit, wallet always standby RM100, night and weekend cook myself also within RM100
3. No smoke or drink alcohol
4. I save as much as possible, recently debit card kena unauthorized transaction also, lucky I didnt put a lot of money in bank, only leftover of grocery money, can save a few hundreds for emergency

Unker design bukan super wow type, quite hard to get job, unker got trigger type depression, long story short my mum force me marriage to random til I almost suicide 1 year before mco, tat year I pray hoping I got reason not to go back hometown during cny and covid came.
Unker also got jobless for few years so got phobia of losing job, previous got work freelance as manga assistant, handle 2 episode a month (total 48 pages - ea episode 24 pages) rushing sleepless night and only earn RM760, then the sensei listen to one side story from another japanese assistant say I cincai do, then lose job. Then do WFH for a johor print shop, quit also after the crazy boss want us to compensate if got do wrong design at msrp (not cost)

If got, I definitely will do lo, mostly I ask is required on sat and sun, sat I work half day somemore. If ktards willing let unker do design job, please find me also lo

Your boss earn big money bo? I b40, all expenses hv to monitor carefully, I know rent got charge sst I sure kena one, my nightmare comes true

I try to look for better job in linkedin, malaysia only allow cat put in cargo, I dun want cause trauma to my cat especially the flight took 2 hours, furthermore my mum extremely hate cats, I dunno if she will throw my cat away while I was away at hometown

I decide to move too, she really increase a lot this time, hope I can find a better place, at the moment I dun hv downpayment money to buy property
