Now I just work normally. I already plan using this issue to bring down the new boss and will blow up this salary issue later on whatsapp group when I leave. If salary only also can be messy, how he gonna in charge of whole malaysia operation. I know I will never be able to compete with him but at least this make me statisfied.

What makes u think u will get june salary too? U better jus go look for job . Give ur resignation letter n ciao. They need to pay your may salary , refer to jtk

Better being neutral and focus on the issue, not the person...
if dare, u verbally or by email inform to pay the salary soon, or you need to escalate to jtk.
most importantly, company mgt should avoid repeating this issue.

The issue is cause by that single person. That's why I will wait until my last day first. By then if no reply or act dumb then gonna blow every hanky panky they do

Not a good idea. Leave with your head high. If u blow up the issue, u are just giving in to your ego only. Look for another job first. Then resign but mention in resign letter u have not received your May salary and want a written reply when the May salary will be banked in. If no reply given by x date then will escalate to JTK.

Updates : Thank god I found a job within a week after I resigned. I'm working in the new company now. I have filed a report at JTK and my colleagues as well. This company is in TTDI. If you want the name pls PM me and I will be gladly to give you. Or can I write it out openly here?

since the company doesn't have cashflow anyway I kinda doubt they would bother to hire lawyer to issue LOD to you, unless the owner/director wanna play game with you. But just to be safe don't publish the full name here.
