I have consulted JTK and they say I should file a report and I can resign without giving any notice. But will I still get my salary back?

Updates : Thank god I found a job within a week after I resigned. I'm working in the new company now. I have filed a report at JTK and my colleagues as well. This company is in TTDI. If you want the name pls PM me and I will be gladly to give you. Or can I write it out openly here?

yes even after you resigned, you are still entitled to whatever salary tat was owed to you.

even report to report to JTK if the company is unable to pay salaries. You should pressure them to disburse the salaries meanwhile searching for new job opportunities. I have a friend as PA who has found some marketing and sales positions. for bank and cc pay min or borrow from family or friend

U cant do anything tat will get your salary ASAP.
All you can do is open a file with pejabat buruh and let them handle it.

It might take years to get back what is owed to you.

What are you waiting for? Best to jump ship now than never. Don't work for a company for free, take care of yourself first.

and if breach of contract... just go small claims court...

If you need cashflow, every little thing helps.

Raise issue with authorities. Then just go find other job. Cut your loss.

This don't waste time on company that doesn't share profit/bonuses during your tenure.

Companies must ay to previous salary on their r before 7th day of the month.
