I have consulted JTK and they say I should file a report and I can resign without giving any notice. But will I still get my salary back?
Updates : Thank god I found a job within a week after I resigned. I'm working in the new company now. I have filed a report at JTK and my colleagues as well. This company is in TTDI. If you want the name pls PM me and I will be gladly to give you. Or can I write it out openly here?

QUOTE(COOLPINK @ Jun 17 2025, 04:56 PM) yes even after you resigned, you are still entitled to whatever salary tat was owed to you. But if he does not pay me when I resign, how? Banks are calling me already to pay loans and c.c. And I forsee Jun salary will be delayed too

QUOTE(Autocountstick @ Jun 17 2025, 05:09 PM) even report to report to JTK if the company is unable to pay salaries. You should pressure them to disburse the salaries meanwhile searching for new job opportunities. I have a friend as PA who has found some marketing and sales positions. for bank and cc pay min or borrow from family or friend I have been pressuring the boss since 2 weeks ago....haizzz

QUOTE(WongTheThief @ Jun 24 2025, 03:55 PM) Congratz TS, at least that's good news since the company doesn't have cashflow anyway I kinda doubt they would bother to hire lawyer to issue LOD to you, unless the owner/director wanna play game with you. But just to be safe don't publish the full name here. Useless company no money at all one. Really 'hoi sei' ppl!
