Then after some back and forth I also want settle this fast and seems like shopi side also willing to settle, seems like they still want to refund buyer at the end of the day, then manage to negotiate that shopi will out of pocket compensate an amount that pretty much covers the cost for us, so everything settle now

Hopefully I actually get the compensation lol

Got another case with them shipping damage promised compensation say within 3-5 days like almost 4-5 months ago until now haven’t receive still ongoing inquiry with them recently haih

Memang there are buyer like that, if the product ada sikit dent sure complain and refund already, for me janji function and work, return and refund is too time consuming for me.

tidak apa attitude like this makes scamming others in malaysia a thriving business

it only take 15 minutes of your precious time to save others from kana scammed, who knows the same scammer disguised under diff account in the future

not because of tidak apa attitude, but if to travel up and down, wasting time and money. if amount comes to few hundreds, a thousand or few thousand, for sure will do it. have bought many items from below hundred to 7k from shopee, lazada and alibaba. only kena scammed twice...

I use ez adu apps to make official complaint to kpdnkk, submit all pics/videos as evidence, so far they never ask me to go to their office for further details whatsoever, and so far all the legit complaints that I made has been addressed accordingly, and I got refund from the defendant within stipulated time.

damn sohai la these shopee agents macam just want to wash hands clean keep pushing back and forth only and just hoping the seller deem it as too much hassle and just let it slide, even though the buyer claim also not valid. normally I also ok if buyers are reasonable but this one karen so kenot bagi dia menang

fee also keep increasing like yahudi

I bought a Lego collection set last year because got online promo
When i received the package are damaged and opened
Like u, i went complain and fuck 99 the seller, the seller show me the proof how they packaging and send out the perfect goods

It's the dispatch

I duno why the fuck they want to do that maybe they are looking for vulnerable item
I apologize to the seller and seller lodge complain to Shopee
Guess what
case closed nothing happened and we all moved on

Got video proof and explanation, seller always win regardless of what platform.

One example is that a purchased an absorber mounting that was claimed to be original - mana tau the item is reconditioned by spray paint. Not only got full refund, but also no need to return the item to seller.

I beg to differ. Shopee has the best return policy.

Bought a CCP SSD, Fan Xiang. The SSD has some issue with the controller, transfer and read speed is screwed up. Dont even need to test it.

Luckily Shopee refunded the purchase before the commies rejected my claim lol.

Well there is TnC right. Buyer buy according to TnC that can change of mind. Seller sell also accepting this.

So i bought a shoe recently and size aint right, so with tags and new condition return also kena dispute from seller.
