Ask for proof that it existed in the first place before they first time return, because it was never mentioned at all then suddenly got this new issue, so may very well be caused by buyer handling before they returned first time and now this become cause for second time return, so I cannot accept unless can prove.

Then after some back and forth I also want settle this fast and seems like shopi side also willing to settle, seems like they still want to refund buyer at the end of the day, then manage to negotiate that shopi will out of pocket compensate an amount that pretty much covers the cost for us, so everything settle now
Hopefully I actually get the compensation lol
Got another case with them shipping damage promised compensation say within 3-5 days like almost 4-5 months ago until now haven’t receive still ongoing inquiry with them recently haih

Memang there are buyer like that, if the product ada sikit dent sure complain and refund already, for me janji function and work, return and refund is too time consuming for me.
