pelik, me too wanna return fake products to seller, but "shopee" reject. even after explanation + showing em pixs of original vs fake, still, seller menang. 😵‍💫

Amazon return policy is even worst, can suka 2 just return no give a fark, generally products there are much expensive cause sellers already take into account these kind of crap.

I sell on ebay before, item was 2k and customer used 3 weeks with scratches and even have cracks they still refund to buyer, really ccb international marketplace is really shit.

i bought lego as present because i tak da masa pergi shopping
then wait parcel to arrive home

when unpack diu all hole and there
i asap complain seller diu 99 him and he provide me evidence it is perfect condition when shipped and it's true

rupa rupanya sohai logistic took out the parcel unpacked and resend to me

really memang cb dispatch, pukimak betul

damn sohai la these shopee agents macam just want to wash hands clean keep pushing back and forth only and just hoping the seller deem it as too much hassle and just let it slide, even though the buyer claim also not valid. normally I also ok if buyers are reasonable but this one karen so kenot bagi dia menang

fee also keep increasing like yahudi

gonna leave shopee soon

Usually the more kiam siap people, the more trouble you will have with them

Maybe lesser sales but can filtered out all those bad apples?

This is my first time using return policy through shopee.

Yes i did opened the packaging and product, tested it once, then trying to setting up the connectivity with my smartphone.

Then i found out after multiple failed connection, i noticed that this product has MY version, CN version, Global version, after i read the description of the product said this is CN version to which means i have to setup everything with China based account.

So i filed the dispute, but i asked the seller first, kindly he responded with just return the product because i said i re-packaged everything just like how originally i received.

So yeah i dont know if this is ethical or not to do so. I found much worse case then mine like TS's one.

Usually if ask nicely to seller will be more than happy to accommodate no problem

Only problem with those karen or terus file return apa pun x ask or 1 star apa pun x ask

I feel u. shopee will always side with the buyer. They can return first than only the seller can dispute.

i got 1 case whereby my parcel has been swapped with another parcel. wasting time for us to dispute when its clearly their logistic had changed it during transit.

And sometime 1 of my order got cancelled due to cannot deliver item. i didnt receive any refund on that, after asking the agent.as always..the case is so long ago.hence no out of their SLA. now have to check every order if success or not..stupid

Update:

They say that after the buyer received the item back the second time then suddenly “found” a new defect lol that was never mentioned before

So my turn to karen sikit to shopi
Ask for proof that it existed in the first place before they first time return, because it was never mentioned at all then suddenly got this new issue, so may very well be caused by buyer handling before they returned first time and now this become cause for second time return, so I cannot accept unless can prove.

lol after my turn to karen then they damn responsive reply email so fast

Then after some back and forth I also want settle this fast and seems like shopi side also willing to settle, seems like they still want to refund buyer at the end of the day, then manage to negotiate that shopi will out of pocket compensate an amount that pretty much covers the cost for us, so everything settle now

Hopefully I actually get the compensation lol

Got another case with them shipping damage promised compensation say within 3-5 days like almost 4-5 months ago until now haven’t receive still ongoing inquiry with them recently haih

i bought a cooking pot. it works ok as intended.
next day i use. he exploded. i pm seller to complain with photo.

no refund but he ask me to order a 5sen item to get new replacement.

ok lo kasi chance + rm5 shipping fee.

shopee where got side seller. buyer can return anything they want then only seller dispute. i send things exact to my listing, buyer say cannot fit their item and return with reason delivered wrong item. I already post all the detail pictures but buyer buy without looking at pictures. they expect things totally different from what i sell and blame me send them wrong things. they can just upload whatever proof also can return. shopee also didn't review their pictures and ask for 1001 proof from us
