then after receive, nitpick non-issues macam karen
dah explain nicely to him also not convinced and say he have no choice but to return and refund
then raise return refund with reason got damage or defect, padahal his nitpick issues 100% not considered damage or defect lol
but shopee policy now is return first then dispute, probably want to “encourage” seller to just let it be and make it so that seller will less likely go out of their way to dispute after getting the return item
but ayam cannot tahan this karen
go dispute and send plenty or proof of the product being 100% fine, and product already open consider used we can’t sell as new also so cannot accept return
after few agents change hands in the end decision was made in our favor, option for us to send back to the buyer
then we sent back assume done, within shopee the case also closed in our favor and got the money released
then today suddenly got email, say buyer claim they receive damaged item again, and after reviewing “proof” by buyer say they let buyer send back to us AGAIN, and if we want to dispute then reply within 24 hours with proof if not will close it in buyer’s favor
ayam look at the “proof” by buyer and the product is in the exact same condition as when the case was closed in our favor initially
then now shopee let him send back again and we need to dispute AGAIN
damn sohai la these shopee agents macam just want to wash hands clean keep pushing back and forth only and just hoping the seller deem it as too much hassle and just let it slide, even though the buyer claim also not valid. normally I also ok if buyers are reasonable but this one karen so kenot bagi dia menang
fee also keep increasing like yahudi
gonna leave shopee soon
