ayam seller

buyer bought item worth hundreds

then after receive, nitpick non-issues macam karen
dah explain nicely to him also not convinced and say he have no choice but to return and refund

then raise return refund with reason got damage or defect, padahal his nitpick issues 100% not considered damage or defect lol

but shopee policy now is return first then dispute, probably want to “encourage” seller to just let it be and make it so that seller will less likely go out of their way to dispute after getting the return item

but ayam cannot tahan this karen

go dispute and send plenty or proof of the product being 100% fine, and product already open consider used we can’t sell as new also so cannot accept return
after few agents change hands in the end decision was made in our favor, option for us to send back to the buyer
then we sent back assume done, within shopee the case also closed in our favor and got the money released

then today suddenly got email, say buyer claim they receive damaged item again, and after reviewing “proof” by buyer say they let buyer send back to us AGAIN, and if we want to dispute then reply within 24 hours with proof if not will close it in buyer’s favor
ayam look at the “proof” by buyer and the product is in the exact same condition as when the case was closed in our favor initially

then now shopee let him send back again and we need to dispute AGAIN

damn sohai la these shopee agents macam just want to wash hands clean keep pushing back and forth only and just hoping the seller deem it as too much hassle and just let it slide, even though the buyer claim also not valid. normally I also ok if buyers are reasonable but this one karen so kenot bagi dia menang

fee also keep increasing like yahudi

gonna leave shopee soon

Few months back another case

Item damaged by SPX so confirm their fault

Buyer side submit his evidence we also submitted

At the end say will adjust our balance within 3-5 days, the dispute was closed in buyer favor first so they get refund also

But until now we never get any refund

Recently go raise inquiry in Shopee ask wtf going on

Then they say they go look into it, then few days later close ticket again with reason being “did not submit requested evidence within stipulated timeframe”

Padahal didn’t ask for any evidence at all, and original case from few months back also clearly got message from their agent say we will receive compensation within 3-5 days
What other evidence need lmao

Then today go buka lagi inquiry ticket and they will look into it again

These support agents really suka suka buat kerja only lmao

If mutually agreed upon then I support also, no problem with it

But consumer side also have to accept the consequence of the prices will definitely go up since need to account for the return rates

It will also create a healthy “open box”/“refurbished” market which will have items at a cheaper price which would be good

i think you can raise a case to KPDNKK right? because although you are a seller, you are also a user of the shopee platform and you are paying fees to shopee for your listings/sales. so you are pengguna and have consumer protection under law.

Change of mind only if item not opened, like u buy then feel regret then terus return after u get it

U open already then use it but not happy or dun like cannot

Need to be in resellable condition then ok

Maybe that buyer hoping to keep your item

I heard sometimes the seller or platform just lepas tangan no need return with full refund

I'll admit I'm a Karen buyer

Seller that send a different item compared to the advertised item, even though similar, but different brand etc, I'll click return. And sometimes the seller/platform lepas tangan

That said, the item goes to the bin because it's often shit

Read the fine print on this. It say you must return in original unopened condition. This means you cannot even see the product to be eligible to turn. Otherwise the policy would not be applied doh.gif

I don't know if others read it differently though biggrin.gif
