Pickpocketing is not a new stuff especially in Europe, it is happening for many years already. My 12PM was pickpocketed in Barcelona at the end of February, and my bag was opened in Athens in 2023, I lost some money. Apple is simply looking for ways to generate more revenue. If they were really concerned about safety, they would have done it a long time ago.

I was in Europe during CNY this year I had to wear a smartwatch to find my way around using Google Maps to prevent myself from holding on my phone all the time. Still had to take out my phone for photos though. I had the strap also but I didnt use it because wearing the strap is like telling everybody I have a phone strapped to myself.

Please educate me. Is this “hot bending” different from the usual Hoda style “put into the plastic mould and press center” or the ESR style “box with pull tab” process? I HATE applying screen protectors. The last one I applied was a Bellemond for my iPad mini 7. It’s high quality glass, but the application was hell. The table in my house with the best overhead lighting for screen protectors application is just under the air conditioning unit, so I turned off the a/c before starting (to reduce chance of lint falling on the glass), and by the time I finished I was sweating like a horse

pre-order via any other channels beyond apple official store already got so much discount.

it really makes buying from apple store the worst deal ever which is something unexpected. iPhones used to be the case of 0 discount especially at the earlier stage launch period even via 3rd party authorised dealers but recent years iphones no longer the case.

That brick still not listed on MY store, I believe. I checked yesterday and couldn’t find it. Still only selling the 30W version here. On the US store, Apple already removed the 30W and replaced it with this new 40W version.
