Yea not the best protection but its good enough for me..hard to find a case that ticks everything, normally the good protection ones are either too thick/bulky or not nice esthetically. .

But the whole idea of trading in is so you could do last minute (or post trade in after receiving new phone), if iPads or watches then ok, but trading in the iPhone early means you are not going to have a phone, unless have spare or 2nd phone..

Wow PO on first day and still waiting till now...telcos should really buck up their services..or else soon nobody take up contracts from them anymore..

I just checked and yes I have this cut, but its at the side not bottom...

Its also not noticeable unless under bright light or zoom right into it..my camera lens however captures it clearly (s25 ultra), which its not exactly that visible to naked eyes..

I bought it from Apple trx so im entitled to return, will I do it though? Hmm maybe not..

My blue and green seems fine..didnt do a thorough check though...could be a Sienna exclusive issue but idk..when I'm free later I'll squeeze my eyes to check..

How bad was the cut on your casing? Did you take any pics?

So I walked pass Pavilion BB and went into machines, saw there's a Sienna techwoven and apparently its the last piece (staff told me this colour sold out everywhere), fomo me went and grab it and gacha to see if its defected inside...turns out its all good even better than the one im using which I got from TRX, no cracks or scratches side bottom etc..so im returning the old one

New batch should be coming in soon maybe 1-2 weeks according to Machines staff

If bought from TRX then yes can be returned even used, within 14 days.

But things might be about to change, they just rejected my casing return coz there's a small cut at the side, said to be wear and tear. I think their sop became harder now after INGfusion's attempt yesterday lol

I didnt argue, just left and sold it to my friend for 200..Sienna is a good colour and sought after, easy sell...but yea now I know its gonna be hard moving forward..I bought it from trx also kena reject, those bought from outside I think gonna have a much harder rejection from them..

Yes just now after paying at machines I told them if it’s defected I’m going to refund it, they say can but must check before leaving the shop, and so I did

Just noticed there's no square antenna thing at the top of the phone..is that only for esim models?

Anyone using assistive touch notice there’s a flickering issue with the button? Sometimes need to press twice to 3 times, the button going in and out like flickering…not sure how to fix this…already on latest IOS..

Yea it’s not a big deal, can live it but would be nice to have a smoother button lol…
