Family member at traffic stop, traffic was quite heavy. Traffic light turn green, traffic moved slowly. Fkler accelerate too much and rear-ended my family member car. Camry (old model) rear ended Mazda, camry (BAD GUY CAR)still looked okay, a bit of touch up kaodim, the Mazda (VICTIM) looking like it just came out of a 16 car pile up. Went to police station buat report, then the other party called, say their road tax expired and want to settle outside. Anyone got experience, please share?

Sorry if i confused anyone, CAMRY IS THE BAD GUY YA. He rear-ended my family member car.

When settle outside, u pay them or they pay u?

Chances are he won't be able to afford to pay for the repairs since he's driving an old car and can't even afford road tax. Why take the risk?
