Family member at traffic stop, traffic was quite heavy. Traffic light turn green, traffic moved slowly. Fkler accelerate too much and rear-ended my family member car. Camry (old model) rear ended Mazda, camry (BAD GUY CAR)still looked okay, a bit of touch up kaodim, the Mazda (VICTIM) looking like it just came out of a 16 car pile up. Went to police station buat report, then the other party called, say their road tax expired and want to settle outside. Anyone got experience, please share?

Sorry if i confused anyone, CAMRY IS THE BAD GUY YA. He rear-ended my family member car.

They say go to their workshop and they will pay the workshop. I scared later their workshop do a shit job, the panel wavy like fk.

I see a lot of website di on uninsured, they all have one conclusion, you lose your NCD. MCCB, the fella uninsured and is our problem... sue the fella in court would cost more than the repair itself.

This is what i understand, if got injury can claim with MIB but your car destroyed also, you a fked, if the guy got no car insurance.

Court i think the repair alone won't be more than 10K, go court have to hire vampire, the cost already like 10K, can recover cost + repair cost = 20K? A bit doubtful. You know any lawyer handle accident cases and what they charge?

Insurance also cannot afford. Stress now, get quote from Bermaz later come out 5 figure, confirm the MTF gonna ghost.

What if, on the other hand, the accident was not your fault, and you are compelled to make a claim with your online car insurance carrier to cover the cost of the damage? So the Boot dented badly and cannot close, the bumper bent and patah.

Bring to workshop, together with the Bad guy (this time he drive his Tesla, instead of old camry), workshop give quote 1.6K to 2K. Say will give final quote after check all the part prices.

I told my family member go check with insurance, how to claim insurance and what happen with her NCD (I told her confirm you lose NCD, even though accident report clear you of any fault). She say no need, very confident the Bad Guy will pay.

So the workshop came back with quote just now (3pm+), the quote is RM 2.7K. Bad guy say too expensive. HAHAAHAH... Looks like NCD bye bye.

Tbh, you just need car plate (if car plate is fake than GG, its another whole new problem), nowadays can easily get info especially if you know a runner (does JPJ work), someone from Traffik or even insurance company (deals even vehicle claim).
