Yeah I agree that MNC can be pretty toxic too. The one that I joined, their HR just blatantly ignored all the bullying that was happening at the workplace 🤦🏻‍♀️ It does make me wonder if companies would still continue being toxic when Gen Z start becoming bosses themselves

i chose mnc from another country.

The new colleague here hilang but nv see dia kena marah, work culture also time up balik. Why they quit I really curious

I agreed. My ex-company people are very nice and friendly. But after working 3 years without salary increment and bonus, but workload pulak semakin tambah, i had no choice but jop hop. My other senior colleague lagi kesian. Throughout his 5 years there, his juniors would keep resigning one after another that he ended up had to do both the junior's work and his senior work most of the time. Really pity him. Each time, would see him with a new junior at lunch, coaching him on the work, then in the next 3 months, that junior would be gone, and he would then go lunch with another new junior and redo the coaching. In the end, that senior became really expert in coaching others and his training manual is one of the most detailed version I've ever seen in the company.

Different industry. Her company is okay, only the boss is toxic. But she's staying since her boss is probably going to be sacked due to ongoing merger.

Im resign because HR boss cakap tipu. He said i got promotion end up.. just empty promise.

A year later im give resign letter and join gov.
