based on my experience being with 6 employers so far, i left just because of 1 reason, bad management.
Out of the 6, only 1 is toxic. That was the time i sworn never work for local companies ever again. |

Exactly that happened with my current workplace
Work culture, work environment used to be good with the previous leadership. Nowadays full with clowns. Promoted someone become higher manager that has nothing but "tin kosong". No proper work flow and procedure under the new manager. Other manager atttude "Ibarat Lembu Dicucuk Hidung". So many staffs at my place are leaving because they saw how extremely toxic, stupid with the current leadership. Most of the staffs that are leaving already with company for 5 years and above.
