I agreed. My ex-company people are very nice and friendly. But after working 3 years without salary increment and bonus, but workload pulak semakin tambah, i had no choice but jop hop. My other senior colleague lagi kesian. Throughout his 5 years there, his juniors would keep resigning one after another that he ended up had to do both the junior's work and his senior work most of the time. Really pity him. Each time, would see him with a new junior at lunch, coaching him on the work, then in the next 3 months, that junior would be gone, and he would then go lunch with another new junior and redo the coaching. In the end, that senior became really expert in coaching others and his training manual is one of the most detailed version I've ever seen in the company.
