Malaysian office environment is being set up to be toxic in the first place.

The boss and manager prefers to promote those that are friendly and lick their ass instead of those that put effort into work.

Then there is the whole taichi backstabbing culture in order to ass lick the boss or manager that drives people that are genuinely there to work away.

All I can say, we Chinese cannot talk properly one, go to lowyat you'll see those kind of attitude. Servicing line like workshop, aircond, Renovation... If you meet those worker really damn rude...
