Hi all, may i ask how long they take to switch the plan for SWU 500mb after the telemarketer called.
Mine has been 2 weeks but still no SMS from TM, already live chat twice but keep saying will update in few days.

My wife complained that the wifi at home (running Unifi) is noticeably much slower than 4G/5G. Initially I was skeptical about it. I mean, fibre would usually yield lower latency than mobile data despite it being 5G.

After reading all these, I'm not surprised anymore. I've been on the same plan and payment for more than 5 years now without being offered any SWU.

Maybe it's time to switch to either Maxis or Astro but the infra would still share with TM hence would it have the same traffic/routing issue?

I'm guessing not as although shared last mile infra, routing is done independently, yes?
