Then until recently 2nd Oct 2025 I tried to live  chat again to check the status of my case. No updates and asked them if Unifi termination can be done in live chat, and cs said NO.

But then the next day 3rd Oct 2025 my account was terminated. Then I quickly live chat cs for confirmation, and yea my account was terminated and cs said terminated account is not allowed to be activated anymore.

Anyone has the same experience or know how to resolve this issue?

Wow youre the first case in here they dont even bother give you swu and direct termination.

Once terminated you cant return, best you try get another company like time, they respond very fast.

Try report mcmc, they respond veery fast on mcmc too.

My friend doing the same astro offer, they reject him ask him must get transfer id yesterday, i mean thusday. He so salty and go celcomdigi ask trabsfer id, celcomdigi offer 79 for 500 along with his postpaid, terminated take digi today, sabah has way better from celcomdigi.

Agree with ahlong, if i didnt get swu90 i would go to celcomdigi for offer, saw they offer 79 for 100 99 for 300 in east malaysia. Not going to pay 129 for extra 40 package that i never used for over 10years.

Not worth it, try ask for swu, get transfer id from oher telco, and bargain with them.
Friend using 1gb said the same unifail is same as 100 llag at peak hour.
Generally i felt no different between 100 300 500 cause everyday i feels lag start from 7pm to 10pm

Their live chat for termination is bullshit one, i try connect 7times all drop to no agent no connection to the server, only the app version had respond weird af. Normal website wont respond at all.

I tested with 8.8.8.8 9.9.9.9 1.1.1.1 on separate day, all down to peak time, 7-10pm bit lag, 100000000% unusable during holidays peak hours.
Has to pair with vpn to use it
