get the highest u can afford. affordability first, then preference. i have a high unit facing expressway where ppl usually avoid. I m very satisfy because i have beautiful view every night.

I survey the other unit facing other direction, they have zero view but owner probably dont care about view. to me, everything matters. Make a checklist priority, tick according to ur preference.
Noisy but can handle. close window, down the curtain, open ac. Lazy do soundproofing, u can do if u want. We can always fix the noise but we cannot fix the view. Thats my opinion la. Sunday night relax at home, u open curtain want to get fresh air, u choose to see open air view or blocked view by condos or not so pleasant view. Up to u la lol.
some ppl are busy, having kids left and right, probably dont have time to enjoy. i guess la. Always survey for the best bang for your buck.
