I would go for the lower floor.
Used to stay in condo 32 floor.
No electricity one time, u gotta walk the stairs
False fire alarm also need to walk the stairs.
Now I prefer lower floor.
Near to amenities and also cheaper

QUOTE(malz89 @ Mar 16 2025, 05:14 PM) But living lower floor do you experience pest issue? I'm currently staying at 8th floor. Hate when I have visitors coming from time to time, especially when they fumigate .. my house will turn into a graveyard for those visitors. The monthly fumigation and children playground are the ones that annoys me at time. Jus when fumigation date u go out lo .. but the children noise and ppl playing in the pool unavoidable...I never had issue when I was living at 14th floor but a little bit noisy. QUOTE(gashout @ Mar 16 2025, 06:30 PM) Finish work go home.. Yup... Agree... Coming home and going out also same ..Squeeze with everyone. Go past 10 door openings. Last to leave the lift. Phew. Do that 100 times in one yr... On the positive note, u get high view and cooler air... Noise level the same to me whether ur low or high |
