Lifts in Singapore are well-maintained. I prefer higher floors for better airflow. In the afternoon, I can open the windows and enjoy the breeze.

Wait for lift go up. All full.
Wait for lift go down. All full.

Have to wait for another lift.

yes…modern lifts are smart… some even bypass stops once it senses full occupancy and works accordingly
our 30 year old lifts had their inerts replaced, now works more efficiently

Low floor Vs high floor differentiate in price how much

This will be biggest drawback for staying high floors. But.... Mid or lower floor would face problem of a full lift on the way down and will still have to wait for the next lift.

Personally I'd prefer high floors because of availability of sunlight all around the unit.

High floors have less noise and cooler air at midnight and in the morning. If you're lucky and your condo's value goes up, your house will be worth more than one on a lower floor as well.

Get the highest floor that you can afford, and are willing/able to walk up and down when the elevators can't be used.

Speaking for myself, i'd avoid any building that's next to an expressway.

Just avoid lower floors between ground floor to maybe 4 or 5th floor, ground floor is very obvious because people move in and out

I have been to one place, there is one small door for entrance/exit but the door will slam because the hydraulic thing at the door top not working, so imagine you live in unit near that "door" you gonna get headache all the time, or wake up in the middle of the night

Haha yes they are. Not worried about lift issue. More on the sound and dust given that it's next to an expressway. Went to the side, it was really noisy at night especially with the cars driving pass. But that's outside, so wanna know what is it like to be inside instead.

Yes, likely to stay till I die. So, wanna make sure I get the best unit possible. Hence the questions .. haha
