not necessary. My 2nd phone is a s24u. Main is Ip15pm

15pm
For daily use, banking, eco system with iPad Pro, Apple Watch 2 ultraย  and MacBook and etc, iCloud , apple music

s24u
Camera need the zoom sometimes, less secure apps , Samsung pay for rewards point, some apps that not found in app stores, data transfer between windows or file management, control my samsung tv as a remote, check on my samsung tag locations, spare phone, Dual sim, Dual apps like WhatsApp, e-sim for samsung watch ultra with tune talk

Both also have their pros and cons (another issue is iOS to android WhatsApp its headache)

is it true that the new Apple C1 5G modem has limited connectivity?

meaning the 5G signal capture is not as strong and as wide as Qualcomm's?

can you guys share your experience when using 5G?

Google home vs Apple home has their own benefit
But Apple Home doesn't has much integration previously and now i'm solely rely on those "matter" integration (which require hardware upgrade)

What i like about apple home is everything can be done smoothly in Apple Home App if compare to Google Home app's messy UI.

However, Siri needs some improvement (i'm using non-Apple AI supported device now) cause it's really stupid sometime.

Despite the extra capacity, the 16e does consistently worse than the 16 in our testing, and we have the older display to blame for the on-screen tests, while the shorter call time can probably be attributed to the new modem.

Either way, the iPhone 16e doesn't last nearly as much as others in gaming - among iPhones and Androids alike. Video playback is also behind the curve, though not by as much. The web browsing result, on the other hand, may be shorter than on the iPhone 16, but it's better than direct competitors from Samsung and Google, so there's that.

All things considered, we got an Active Use Score of 11:53h on the iPhone 16e - a classic case of 'not great, not terrible'. The Galaxy S25 and a Pixel 9 scored a little better overall, while an iPhone 16 will likely bring you a more tangible longevity improvement.

I am trying to justify why is it worth buying apple home?
Can I install any apps from Apple Store? Is it because of the UI animation?

For me Samsung Tizen UI already serve its purpose.

This is quite contradictory to other reviews I saw on youtube. The price of 16e is 2999 (128gb). I see that on shopee you can get ip16 for the same price after some discounts. If even the battery life is not better than 16 although 16e has a larger battery, then it only makes sense to go for 16 instead right?

So the best advice would be, if need to get now, go for iphone 16. If not urgent, wait for 16e to drop further. But I believe in Sept this year once 17 comes out, 16 will drop even further lol.

Yeah.. keep telling myself to resist moving from 15 pro to 16e until it becomes 2.3k for 256gb.. well, maybe a bit hard. Maybe 128gb
