How to transfer whatsapp from iphone to s25?

Went to SES store, say not yet arrived and say DHL simply tick delivered. Ask me to wait sms/email/call from Samsung only go collect.

Texted Samsung live, say arrived SES store also but have to wait sms/email/call only can collect.

Which software do you use?

Finally arrived.

Same, Ordered on Jan 23, 2PM - JetBlack too. Just got the tracking number today morning but it looks like they only created it yesterday. Don't expect it to receive earlier than Saturday, 8 Feb.

From my experience, perform manual backup on WhatsApp.
Then turn off data / WiFi, this is to prevent new messages / media from messing up your current manual backup.
Get OTG with thumbdrive and copy the folder Internal Storage/Android/Media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp
This will be very time consuming depending how large your data.

Upon completion, paste this folder in the same location as new Phone with WhatsApp installed WITHOUT login in first.
After finishing transfering, only then you login and WhatsApp will search cloud / local backup. It should recover everything.

Any new content or message will then continue from the offline backup you did previously.

Transfering WhatsApp (Android to Android), why not just use Google Drive backup? Easiest.

WhatsApp has official methods for cross-platform restore/ transfer, too.

Do they require you to be present for the delivery?

Need you advise on your method bro, I have been preparing for S25U the past few days and have been trying the official move to android (from iOS) method, keep crashing at 90% when the chat is restoring, now my phone number verification needs 24 hours cooled down.. sigh……

Google Drive backup is best if your backup data is relatively small, but not suitable when you have large data to transfer. I myself have 33GB of data to transfer and I do it manually similar to the steps below.

Also, best to turn on flight mode on your old device until the full device transfer is complete.

Did you call SES before go there? Better call them to confirm first. Normally DHL said 'delivered' means reach there already. DHL service is one of the best courier. They dont simply play around with status.

I think the SES person who talked to you is blur blur and didnt give you the right info. Give them some pressure. Call and check again later.

i didnt call, just walk in since near my place.

They ask me whether anyone call or got email from Samsung or not. if no, mean not ready. My order page still say out for delivery till now so I think maybe SES store havent update the phone is arrive in the system therefore still under out for delivery.

have you tried backup 50gb of WhatsApp that backup took me like 3 days to google drive.

Just forget about Samsung order page. never accurate.

Most important is DHL tracking. If it showed 'delivered', means reached SES. just they might keep in store room and some sale people blur blur only.

Also could be the case they want to stick to rule 10th Feb for collect phone..
