Very Weird, using CIMB debit card for Samsung S25 Ultra 512GB, i only get RM360 discount instead of RM400. Should I complain?

Envy you guys able to get it today, Jetblack colour have problem??
Pre order at Samsung web 25/01/2025 5pm+ Msg samsung, they keep on talk like robot, said delivery start from 10th February.. SOP, etc etc... |
