10% code?

Looks like Samsung add in 45w charger now as pre-order freebies.

Hence previous orders are getting it through SMS as a surprised.

Strangely is that there's timing for this contest.
Participating store is listed in Appendix 1 which also says Online Stores www.samsung.com/my

Anyhow, after submission should have email of confirmation entry. But nothing. So let's hope all submission pass through.

Placed order on 2.2 around 12.30am.

Current status from DHL as of 3.16am 6 Feb 2025 - Sorted to Delivery Facility.

Looks like the 45w charger pre-order offer is on a separate delivery

From my experience, perform manual backup on WhatsApp.
Then turn off data / WiFi, this is to prevent new messages / media from messing up your current manual backup.
Get OTG with thumbdrive and copy the folder Internal Storage/Android/Media/com.whatsapp/WhatsApp
This will be very time consuming depending how large your data.

Upon completion, paste this folder in the same location as new Phone with WhatsApp installed WITHOUT login in first.
After finishing transfering, only then you login and WhatsApp will search cloud / local backup. It should recover everything.

Any new content or message will then continue from the offline backup you did previously.

Gave a small token of red packet to the DHL courier.

Tonight will be sleepless night for phone data migration!

When you hit backup, basically it compress the file locally first. Then only upload to Google Cloud.

The backup seems to be incremental as you use. Hence it's easier as your backup adds on.

I used WiFi direct transfer and fully utilise WiFi 6 speed.
Any files leftover, just use OTG since it's small file.

I'm getting the free adapter sent today. Anyone else also receiving it?

Been using s25 + for almost 24 hours, took me 5 hours to transfer all of my data from my previous phone.

Using Nillkin Magnetic Case with Smart Devil tempered glass. Everything seems buttery smoooooth especially tapping the phone to text message.

Banking apps finally completed verification after 12 hours cooling period

Just received. Hopefully this charger isn't lousy quality. Previously the 45w ones couldn't last enough. Charger died around 8 months of usage.

I opt for the Blueblack colour since it's limited.

Battery life is amazing. This just my opinion.

The phone is still learning my usage behaviour.

I usually charge my phone when I drive or at home.
Charge for like 10-25 mins to boost up time.

It works for my phone. But correct me if I'm wrong, I hold Middle Button, press the mic button its Google Assistant or was it Gemini which is executing the voice commands.

I also used Hey Google commands and I think it's Gemini.

Just realized. Samsung default media picker is really really unfriendly UI interface.

Photos arrangement are kinda messy and it requires me a few tap to switch between direct camera or image from album.

Any workaround for easier usage?

It's already been granted full access. Just finding the tapping 3 dots - Browse - Gallery requires few more taps.

And I noticed I couldn't snap photo immediately and upload it. I would need to take a photo separately with camera app and have it appear in phone Gallery/ Album. Only then I could attach it to upload.

I received mine. Hopefully by this week you should be getting yours too.

On a side note, anyone using Gboard and able to use split keyboard function? I know it works on Samsung Keyboard but I prefer using Gboard.

I used Gboard, only for US English it has the auto space after inserting full stops.
