Does anyone know anything about the Tangkulo/Layaran project in Indonesia, operated by Mubadala (80%)? Where do our local companies stand - understand all of MISC, Bumi and Yinson submitted bids for the gas floater.

SKK Migas is calling for 55% local content for this project ( same as Inpex abadi)

What does that mean? Malaysian companies are backing off? I did hear that Yinson has pulled out / conceded defeat, not sure about the other two.
