Is there any petronas HSE staff around? If so would like them to rethink-reassess-redesign their PTW level 2 system, lately heard many candidate failed their 1.5k assessment, some are just work leader for cleaning / ground maintenance and required to know about SSBOCC, LOTO etc etc where they didnt even saw such thing before.
Perhaps carigali should followsuit how other OPU i.e. MLNG is handling such matters by having inhouse assessment instead of charging 1.5k for contractors to obtain the certification. IMO assessment should be conducted and limited within one's scope of work, not pukul rata.

Of course, have u tried using local work force? my gosh..every week want advance, mother father aunty grandma sick, passed away, getting married. For training, sent them to obtain necessary training / medical to enter then out of sudden they quit just like that.

Nice, friend in shell said incoming another wave of lay-off. Some team already been dissolved, some left hanging whether still have jobs or not after dec. Some new hire some more. Kesian.
