To be fair, it is an employer market with lack of jobs around. A lot been leaving for oversea esp middle east and even China for fabrication works. With Petronas right sizing their org where said to have 50k++ just make it tougher.

Hardly any major projects in Msia atm.

Yes Correct..Not many projects or no projects at all in Malaysia.

Consultants some are busy..

Need to find permanent employment.

China fabrication few have joined..Working with McDermott or Genting / Wison project..
