Walk in today at Apple TRX and bought my first ever Mac Mini after they confirm that they just received their stock this morning. This is my first my venture into Mac OS. Got back and set them using my 4k tv, paired with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Setup was easy not like windows as all of the item paired automatically. Just that I still got to learn all the basics regarding Mac operating system. Base model is enough for me. Planning to hook this mac mini to two display.

Same here. Just tried my luck, walked in and saw the new mini. Checked the box and verified it's indeed 2024 version. Grab one and pay immediately. Now I'm on my way back, can't believe how small the packaging box compare to M2 Mac mini's. Will update you guys with photo later after I have a taste of it.

I'm able to use my education ID to purchase my Mac mini. Just flash the ID to the sales people and they process the pricing for education.

What monitor are you using for it?

for me no choice, only online ordering accept trade for mac mini. trx, switch and machines confirmed that i cannot do trade for mac on any physical store.

so i am ok to wait

Using my current monitor Asus proart PA248QV 24 but display not so sharp using this monitor. Just now hook up to my Sony tv 4k resolution seems better and text seems sharper. Later at work I will try on my two Asus rog xg27acs.
