I don’t think they will built any infrastructure like link bridge, bypass etc. they not big player like Gamuda, SP Setia

There will be connecting bridge from Persiaran semarak api. But it's not under developer, it should be under cyberview to build that.

As I can see, the land is cleared but I have no idea when they will start the construction.

Will be a link bridge to Persiaran Semarak api

The road between SEG and MCT

But not now it’s in the master plan and will only be built around 3-5 years from now

No.. its considered Cyberjaya but not ‘real’ Cyberjaya under Cyberview masterplan. More like PKNS Selangor Cyber Valley project which is also leasehold

If you go to cyberview office anything on the other side of the highway is not under them. Setia Eco Glade already on the border of Cyberjaya

Not real Cyberjaya. The fact it is leasehold means it is not.. similar like PKNS project in Selangor Cyber Valley.

Because they handle the development of cyberjaya. And this piece of land is under cyberjaya flagship zone.

The bridge is in the masterplan. Simple. It's up to you to believe what you want, based on the limited facts you know.

Under which meeting was it changed

Cyber alley is totally different it was never under Cyberjaya , was selangor’s government leasehold land and they applied to change to Cyberjaya namesake then for sales purposes

I worked in Setia Haruman last time (2010-2012) and the map and model is what I saw everytime I stepped inside.

It never been in the original plan. It may changed after it is passed from Setia Haruman to Cyberview or later I dont know - maybe you have more info.

What I know is the PCB land is gazetted under MOF under Cyberjaya city act but it always planned to be sold and Setia Haruman and later Cyberview does not included it in their flagship plan.

We always have issue last time to get anyone interested in that land as the developer need to fork up huge money to do the land work (some portion is a swamp land) and also the money they need to come out to build the ramp to Cyberjaya.

Setia Haruman (last time) and Cyberview do not have any obligation to build the flyover. Thats a fact.

It is not changed to ‘cyberjaya’ to be correct. It still under Dengkil.
They simply change the post office code to point under ‘Cyberjaya’ to market it better.

All the land under Setia Haruman (now Cyberview) is freehold
If its leasehold it is not under the cyberjaya original flagship and may added later by Cyberview for JV purposes

Example is Cyberjaya City Centre (leasehold under MRCB) and ParkCity Botanica (leasehold under ParkCity )

As far as I know, the land is freehold and it is under cyberjaya masterplan, be it from cyberview or even mp Sepang. That land is 'Cyberjaya' and it is freehold, part of total 6960 acres in the masterplan.

Possibly the flagship zone is what the argument here about. I thought as long as cyberjaya it is considered cyberjaya flagship zone as it was made freehold. But from what you mentioned, it seems to be flagship zone = their responsibility to develop the land.

Well I knew flyover to PCB piece of land belongs to cyberview for a very long time... I saw the cyberview signboard on the land indicate no trespassing, private property. This has been there for many years.

As for the flyover, I'm sure when they sold the whole piece of land to parkcity, it is part of the understanding that they (cyberview) will build the flyover. I guess the timeline will depend on cyberview since it's not under PCB's land. Persiaran semarak api is meant to connect across there and it's part of local council planning that I saw before.
