Regardless new or old developements I can only say there is onli 1 dpc even with tis cj under ppsb u won't see the same outcome.

But it alwiz boils down to one's portfolio. U dun expect many outsiders to und the mechanism of dpc n it won't be duped exactly the same for the projects under the same ppsb team. The dna is there but the loc the buyer pool the products hence the different outcome.

I hope they do well or even beta than dpc. I just doubt it.

Boss painted a very realistic picture.

As i previously said, the development should be view without DPC in the background or expectations at DPC level.
It start on a clean piece of paper and let's see where the team takes it (hopefully not into the longkang).

Everyone has doubt, myself included but so is every other investment.

Love the Cyberjaya greenery environment & spacious, just scare if invest in Cyberjaya the money will freeze there.

Cyber Jaya is far from City area, for Own Stay at Klang Valley more Ideal Place is Pavillion Bukit Jaili, Desa Park City, Mont Kiara, Sunway Velo City Area.

Slowly but surely. πŸ˜‚ If you have have spare money don't mind to sit for long term investment . Why not?

The only crucial question when will the investment got mature which nobody can answer now πŸ˜….

Cyberjaya in the last 2 to 3 years has been fantastic. The rentals of even the landed has skyrocketed, I was surprised, lucky didn't sell

Go ask most tenants who live in cyberjaya, they usually don't move out of cyberjaya, got lots of loyalty

now with Chinese school, international school university, top govt hospital, Mrt access, even Mex 2 extension now back in revival talks

Must be a reason why gamuda and dpc are there recently

Only landed property of Cyberjaya rental getting increase due to limited supply. The rental for high rise still very stagnant.

Actually high rise also good rentals. Only exception are the studios which are still bad due to over supply. 2 and 3 bedrooms are pretty good already

Landed from my current experience is already positive cash flow. Can cover the home loan and mortgage, assessment etc plus have about 200 extra monthly so looking very nice

Hopefully with upcoming further interest rate cuts, this hopefully can grow up to 500 monthly in the next one year, time will tell

Which landed r u referring can get +CF? Symphony hills, Mulia residence, Sejati - terrace - rental can’t even cover monthly loan.
