The nothern part of cyberjaya , Setia eco glades plus parkcity project seems to be doing well
Will be the new atas area of cyberjaya Setia eco glades itself their property is not cheap as well and very strong holding power However not sure what is parkcity’s plan for this If I’m not mistaken this is only their 2nd project after DPC in peninsular right |

I believe the land is circled in red. (i could be wrong). You may refer to EPF past tenders for details.
And the land could potentially be leasehold too. I read that EPF wanted to sell leasehold lands first as quickly as possible in Kwasa.  |
