Agree with you, Desa ParkCity successful because of the location and near to PJ & KL. Most important is near to Mont Kiara T20 area & having a lots expats.

Cyberjaya still far away from KL & PJ, go everywhere need to pay toll & jam. Surrounding still very empty, need at least 10 years to hold.

How big is Cyberjaya’s one
From satellite image seems bigger than even Setia eco glades which is almost 300 acres itself

My source told me that, ParkCity Botanika township land size is approx.half of DPC thus it will be 2xx+ acres only.

IS it true? we always heard this is the last parcel of land, this is the last unit left, and it never ends...

I agree with Longshot that there is pent up demand in Cyberjaya, it's attracting people from Banting, Jenjarom, Klang, Kota Kemuning, Rimbayu, Shah Alam. Myself originally from Klang, after marrying settled down in Puchong South (Near Kg Pulau Meranti). The rich from the above areas are trying to send their kids to international schools in surrounding areas to rub shoulders with other rich kids. PCB may not be attractive for those of you in Kepong, PJ, Cheras, but it's a very interesting choice for us mentioned above. This is an address that we have been waiting.

Regarding the potential highway to Puchong, my take is that there is possibly. Right now during peak hours too many cars go into LDP, causing long jam beginning from Bukit Puchong. One day when the traffic cannot take it anymore, I believe the gov will look into building a new highway.

I have talked to some Malay families in Kg Pulau Meranti, they were indeed asked for opinions by the government officials, about building a highway passing by Kg Pulau Meranti.

Worth mentioning, Binastra is also building factories in Kg Pulau Meranti, signalling this area's bright potential.

My wish is a highway from Cyberjaya - SEG/ PCB - Kg Pulau Meranti - Bukit Puchong - Puchong - PJ. Ayer Itam Forest Reserve may finally need to give way a little.

Seems like many ppl wants pet friendly park.
And existing Cyberjaya lake garden (Taman Tasik Cyberjaya) is already dog friendly. That park is just across MP Sepang hq.

I'm sure won't be a problem to have pet friendly park setup in PCB.

I also have landed at SEG… frankly speaking… the return and desire to living in this place really low… after nearly 10 years… subsales still stagnant

I think this Cyberjaya may not be that good compared to DPC.
DPC is near MRT with transit bus. Dogs allowed at park whereas Cyberjaya with majority M population may not be dog friendly. Even non-halal food available around there is limited and I was told IOI City Mall (at Cyberjaya?) are all halal food (non-halal not allowed).
So don't think they can replicate the success of DPC.

Maybe I understand wrongly what was told about nearby eateries and mall (IOI City Mall) - should be "limited" non-halal food, including places where you can go for a couple of beers.
I need to visit Cyberjaya one day to find out more.
