Saw the draft layouts at the gallery screen.
Really nice and a big improvement. Very less wasted space and great that all types has a bedroom downstairs, even the smallest type 👍

Wish they had printed out and put in folders like last time so that I can go thru them while sitting down at 1 corner enjoying coffee.
Now have to stand and scroll thru all the layouts from the big screen for almost 2 hours. Legs also cramps...leh 😂

So stand there and memorize all the layout and dimensions 🥹 Feel abit like Micheal Scofield, lucky no need to tattoo my body 😜

Ahhh...Botanika Avenue is confirmed to be on both side of the road.
This 10 meter (32ft) wide landscape walkway spanning east to west over 3 roundabout 1.8km long is great for daily walks or jogging. Walk or jog to 1 end and back and you'll covered 3.6km. Available right in front of your development.
