after they dig the bedding.. they are digging the tank.scratching the bottom of then tank.maybe they feel stress coz and doesnt settle down yet with new surrounding and new owner.

right now i'm studying the gene table of gerbil genetics.

That's what I've been thinking... the couple that I bought last time only hit 80g... I might have done something wrong with them...
Even their offspring already hit 40g in a very short time.... and look like growing very fast...

hhaha, nice joke with the over feeding of your family...

for the food dish right, u can diy yourself so that the food bowl is hanging on top, then u wont scared the bedding will get inside the food dish lo...
if u duwan food dish, then u throw inside, once in a while u go and dig up the bedding, then check whether still got food or not...
other than u can jus put in every few days one once or per week with certain amount of food.
depends on how's your gerbils eat...
for me i always put amount for 2 till 3 weeks...then after that refill back again lo...

I saw classifieds, someone selling 1 month old gerbils... so tiny, so small.... summore asking for RM60.... colour? Common colours.....I think that price is way too much for 1 underage gerbil.
