how many fancy mice u keep??? if u want to clear of the mice then jus dun let them breed or not, keep same gender in one tank, if not then jus give to pet shop lo...
keep like a pair of gerbils wont take up much place, got also jus 2ft place only... unless u wanna keep like few pairs then different story la...

Wonder why my boys must close eyes to eat, lol..like enjoying it fully. My girls just eat normally.

hullow guys...sorry for being mia...just finish my finals...huahuahua...dan happy now...guys...need some help la...just know i was cleaning my tank i saw a maggot like in the bedding...can someone help me..what must i do...and why it happened>?

maggot is worm! Remove uneaten fresh food after 1 day to avoid maggots.

yea my boys will half close their eyes too when eating time. haha but they so stupid lah duno how to eat vege.....

if got maggot inside the bedding, i recommend that u change the bedding and wash the cage lo...
it didnt happen to my gerbs tanks or other tank la, jus got into my cricket tank...
last time got maggot coz i been busy with work and forget to clear the dead cricks, then got maggot, but then i think they can multiply by their own, coz after 1 or 2 days i see a lot, my whole table is maggot and some on the floor...

so just cleen the tank witdettol la? how bout the gerbs? need anythig 2 be done?

oh dear, it sound gerli to me. make sure remove any unfinished fresh food, and keep the tank clean..

put ur gerbil in sand bath clean everything in ur tank.

if u wan to put dettol also can, but then normal washing will be ok already.
jus make to to clean of the maggot and flesh food, coz maggot are come from that...

lol...i dun understand how the maggot got in there...i didnt give them any fresh food...i was like WTF!!...straight away cleen the tank...the tank oso just been clean 1 week ago...damn la...not funny at all...guys...whats the brand of anti bacteria spray should i buy for them eh? any recomendations?

Is your bedding damp? If it's, then it'll be perfect breeding ground for the little fruit fries to lay their eggs there.
