tot lift dumper only deploy right after tyre touch runway?

yes. the purpose is to slow the craft down immediately. and if u do that when the plane is up in the air, then.....

Seems like a basic error of the airplane itself to allow the lift dump spoiler to be activated mid-flight.

well im no pilot or aviation folks, just reading the report for funsies.
the report conclusion & appendix do say primary cause is pilot error. report also say Pilot is not sitting on the pilot seat (instead he seat on the co-pilot's seat, while the co-pilot sitting on the pilot's seat), both are not sufficiently experienced for this aircraft model. SIC is second-in-command, referring to the co-pilot, and the co-pilot seems to be the one controlling the plane.
primary cause: SIC switched on lift dump during landing approach, lost altitude
additional findings; insufficient crew training

reading further on the report amendments section can see the company did tried to deflect/argue that it's not company's fault

Yeah. This is just a case where the pilot is used to driving Tesla, suddenly asked to drive kancil manual and don't know what is the function of handbrake.

I don't know how common the term of "lift dump" to pilots, but to layman like me, this is the first time I hear about it as opposed to the familiar "speed brakes".

I compare the cockpit or G4 and this plane, in G4 the speed brakes is labeled as "speed brakes". Probably the co pilot think "unlock" means move the extend position.

Awaiting ACI documentary to cover this crash. When it did, I hope it will interview our local investigators (if the government allow it).

Report says "no pre-impact failures or malfunctions of the aircraft flight controls."

Most likely event was this:
"The accident resulted from a misunderstood checklist item, leading to inadvertent ground spoiler deployment."

So suppose to unlock but not extend it but someone (high probability) went and extend it.

Salahan manufacturer. If WOW sensor detects aircraft still in the air, there should be a logic to prevent the lift dumper from being deployed. Such a basic safety net also dont have, better stop making an aircraft.
