Just so you know that no one gives a shit on your "trade list" or whatsoever.

Attitude, manners and commitment come first, it also demonstrate that a person is proper, polite, and refined. Even newly graduate starter can success if he/she able to capture customer's affection.

yes, agreed that ajul's words really sarcastic and arrogant when contacted him for replacement of new MBP/RAM. his sms replies quite harsh and sound disrespectful towards me. my wife get upset all the sudden when she happened to read replies from ajul. but i explain to her it was misunderstanding and i will settle with ajul personally

yes, ajul easily tend to lose his temper when the things get tough or out of his control, a typical attitude of busiest businessman, i guess.

but, i manage to arrange meeting with him and he do responsible to fix the things and refund me rm200 for the system faulty. and we manage to sit down and enjoy our talking for many hours without prejudice.

this kind of people do exist, and ajul maybe not perfect, and it's up to us how to deal or live with it. maybe the only bad thing about him is his unfriendly-words (which i believe is essential for buyer-n-seller relationship), else he really nice and knowledgeable, i would say....

like wise-old-sayings:

I actually plan to get a macbook pro from this seller Ajul and we promised to meet at Mamak near the mines (opposite KTM serdang).
To be honest, I see nothing wrong with the unit he bought and show me, sealed, with mac seriel no but at the end I never buy it.

Why? The attitude.. I can't take it the way he answer my question and esplain to me, like he is the boss and king. I own my business and I never talk to my customer in such a way. At the end, I get from Bruceleestore, claps for a nice and friendly seller.

The thing is, I see many complaints on sellers like Ajul, Davis etc and no matter how u try to defend yourself, being rude to customer is always wrong. Put it this way, if you show better attitude, politeness during our meet and explanation of the terms and condition, we will make a deal for the macbook pro 13.3. It is not a big deal, really not but if you are so arrogant, why must I get from you?

Forum deal is a flat plane deal, you and every one is equal included the one offering the sales. You buyer nice to seller, seller nice to you as simple as that as equal member nice to member.

Our feedback rating on another trading platform do not have any comment about our so call "rudeness" instead all praise saying we are polite, courteous, and giving extra miles to end user to make them happy or problem arouse then we solve it but is kind of strange for forum especially those whom never deal or communicate with us before can plucking words from anywhere they like as they like living in the deal or businesses. When buyer behave like tard, they might hit the wall especially forum base trading platform.
