bought MBP 13" 2010 from ajul last Feb, 2011. unfortunately having problem on 1st time using as follow:

yes, agreed that ajul's words really sarcastic and arrogant when contacted him for replacement of new MBP/RAM. his sms replies quite harsh and sound disrespectful towards me. my wife get upset all the sudden when she happened to read replies from ajul. but i explain to her it was misunderstanding and i will settle with ajul personally

yes, ajul easily tend to lose his temper when the things get tough or out of his control, a typical attitude of busiest businessman, i guess.

but, i manage to arrange meeting with him and he do responsible to fix the things and refund me rm200 for the system faulty. and we manage to sit down and enjoy our talking for many hours without prejudice.

this kind of people do exist, and ajul maybe not perfect, and it's up to us how to deal or live with it. maybe the only bad thing about him is his unfriendly-words (which i believe is essential for buyer-n-seller relationship), else he really nice and knowledgeable, i would say....

like wise-old-sayings:

TS and else even me have own reason to pissed-off and they juz demand their rights and shout it out very loud...
