JB new property launch and selling like hot cake, 1st day launch already sold out 99%.. owaiii

Near the RTS all sell min rm1.5k sqft, some reach rm2.5k...all sold out..hnnrggg

The developer of Quayside JBCC condo is being unreasonable.

The prices for this condo are comparable to those of KLCC area condos, despite its location near JB City Square.

i think the reason WCT built township there was because it was the original BRT and the last proposal LRT route (Tun fatimah station/Johor golf station). If the move to Kempas they will missed this one.

The latest will be the elevated ART which should be concluded soon.

Under the LOI, CRRC Changchun agrees to undertake the project as turnkey contractor and recommends the use of the straddle monorail system for the project.

On March 21, Nylex entered into a heads of agreement with

Sinar Bina Infra Sdn Bhd,

LBS Bina Group Bhd,

BTS Group Holdings Public Company Ltd


and its parent firm Ancom Nylex Bhd

, for collaboration to build and operate the LRT system in Johor Bahru.


Nylex (Malaysia) Bhd. is an investment holding company, which engages in the manufacture and marketing of vinyl-coated fabrics, calendared film and sheeting, rotomolded plastic products, and other plastic products.


The company was founded on March 26, 1970, and is headquartered in Shah Alam, Malaysia.



If gamuda bhd or IJM corp bhd better lah.........

Mostly will be done by CRCC, need a local company join venture in order to bid the project. CRCC also the one supplying ART, they got multiple source of product
