the problem starts when the other party gaslight you with "Its not often that we get to travel, yet you are not being cooperative", "why you so antisocial one?"

Can a normal / healthy person walk 50,000 steps each day for 5 days straight while traveling?

Or is it better to adopt alternate days?

Which means one day 50K steps then next day mostly rest at hotel / hangout at areas nearby hotel.

For me personally I can do like 30K steps per day but next day will feel fatigue due to long walks from previous day.

If wanna do consecutive days long walks then it's consider pushing myself mentally / spiritually and that could be unhealthy as well.

I think people or soldiers in the past easily walked 50,000 steps per day just to go somewhere if they don’t have a horse.

Better not every day. Should have at least 1 relaxing day in all the 5 days. Holidays is for relaxing and enjoying yourself.

Did that with my group of friends for South Korea.
One day 30k steps for 14 days non-stop. Some days can do 45k.

Instant blacklist in my travel buddies. No more.

These days I only do chill trip with another group. Much better.
Wake up 9.30am, go cafe breakfast, then 11am drive and eat some nice lunch, sightseeing, 6pm dinner, then chill at cafe. 8pm onward free and easy.

Near impossible to do 50k steps per day.

Unless u don't take public transport at all & just walk.

You can. I did about 69k/day when visiting A+A in Nov last year. The event hall is so huge (total 8 or 9 event halls). If you go through each event hall, 80k steps per day is easily done. I was there for 3 days, so each day was like 80-85k per day including walking for meals and to-fro the metro.

Yup, free and easy hols. Explore rather then BZ snap pic. Enjoy the moments of travelling and soak in the atmosphere. I always try to take local transportation when travelling. But off peak hours of course!

Nope. Just wear comfortable walking or sports shoes. Walk slowly. There are about 8 hours in the event halls. So take time to stroll and see or talk to people in the booths. Only end of day, u will feel the feet slightly aching but nothing a soak in the bath tub cannot cure.

50k steps is almost like going for a full marathon already.
Unless you can run a full marathon i would advise against it even its only walking.

Holiday is to relax and enjoyed not trying to cram everything as much as you can into one day.
