Anyone with Maxis line manage to perform eSIM transfer from old iPhone to new one?

Tried the steps given in this page but stuck at activation.

Called Maxis and was told need to go to Maxis Centre to sort that out. Earlier at Maxis centre the gal told me they not able to transfer eSIM and asked me to try to perform transfer tomorrow. Something about current or the old iPhone still link to the eSIM or something along that line.

Now CelcomDigi allowing purchase iPhone 16 Pro series with lower plans starts from RM100.
Seems pre order period they forced customer to upgrade expensive plan. Damn stupid marketing....

$150 off using Lazada voucher and $1 power adapter. Machines store person said only for those who pre-order can get the pro max models. I guess their stock is limited. Outlet was kinda empty too.

Anyway, I’m not in a rush to get the phone. I’m still waiting for the phone case and screen protector. If buying without discount, I still prefer Apple online store.

Quite lucky with Maxis this year. Didn't make it to preorder @ 8pm 13/9 because of complications with Celcom and only managed to preorder with Maxis at around 10pm on 14/9 because I had to wait for the port over to complete.

At the time it was stated that I would only get the phone on 4/10 batch onwards, was quite a pleasant surprise to see the status of my order changing over the past 2 days and received the SMS this morning that it was ready for collection.

Seems like they managed to receive additional stocks over the past week.
