Anyone with Maxis line manage to perform eSIM transfer from old iPhone to new one?

Tried the steps given in this page but stuck at activation.

Called Maxis and was told need to go to Maxis Centre to sort that out. Earlier at Maxis centre the gal told me they not able to transfer eSIM and asked me to try to perform transfer tomorrow. Something about current or the old iPhone still link to the eSIM or something along that line.

Thanks for sharing. Seems I messed up the setting now . Will have to drop by Maxis tomorrow.
