I selected pick up from Gardens store. So shouldn’t have received the email. But either ways dropped by the store earlier they said to wait for the pick up code before coming… and they said the line clear thing is accurate so if it hasn’t left it might not come on time tomorrow…

I told them… we as consumers should know first how much stock they have before taking all the preorders on Sept 13, changing our plans after we committed, and in the end not getting the phone on launch day. They’re already acting duopolistic after the merger… sigh

Called digi cs, ding dong ding dong pass to celcom cs as they said digi orders also under celcom. Celcom cs asked to call line clear, and now suddenly status changed to shipped

Well do you have a line clear tracking number etc? If it hasn’t been picked up yet chances are you won’t receive it tomorrow…

despite i'm PO on 13/6, dont know why they start process on 16/6 instead. maybe system problem or something

Not just Digi but Celcom as well. Went to the gutters after the merger. I was still with Celcom right up till 13/9 PO 8 pm when I had so much difficulty to PO with their site returning errors non stop and I just gave up.

Went to the nearest Bluecube early in the morning on 14/9 and settled my outstanding, dropped by Maxis to port over and by evening I was already on Maxis and put in a PO via their website.

ggwp, someone do some funny stuff endup effecting my order.
