Wa. I thought mine is slow already. Mine is stuck at Checked into hub HWSH. No idea what that means. Called Line Clear customer service and cant get through at all. Tried their live chat with live agent and waited for 2 hours but no one available. Are they using Line Clear just because the executive director used to be GM at Digi?

Sucks big time. No more telco set for me. Porting out from Digi after this. Sucks big time. Been with them for over 20 years but ini yang dapat. doh.gif

What you said is absolutely right. What's the point of pre-ordering if we won't be getting it. That's the whole point that we pre-order. Digi CS was saying that I can only expect to receive it next week. There goes my travel schedules for the coming week.

Out of so many couriers, they have to use Line Clear. Previously they were using GDEX, top notch service. why change?

That’s really lame. Need customer to call baru kerja? If we pay our bills late we get penalized. But if they don’t do their work we have to suck it up. Susah la like this.
