Yep agree. Hard to find proper ones la. Chinese also cheat then run away when house collapse. My close relative is the porch collapse lol.

Best is find proper cidb registered Chinese contractor and do proper documentation la. Advance payment if want give also less than 10%, better if no advance payment unless got good reason.

depend on contractor, my house renovation..type C, after he has done 20% he asked for 20%..usually i instantly trf to him..so when he asked him do additional work, he is willingly to do fast coz i trf immediately to him once he has asked. there were some occasions i asked him u no need money why nvr ask money, responded said no time do billing haha
