depend on contractor, my house renovation..type C, after he has done 20% he asked for 20%..usually i instantly trf to him..so when he asked him do additional work, he is willingly to do fast coz i trf immediately to him once he has asked. there were some occasions i asked him u no need money why nvr ask money, responded said no time do billing haha
